I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was fantastic, being close to the metro station and top attractions in the city center. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room, including the comfortable beds and the breakfast, were all satisfactory.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Excellent location near Red Square and the Kremlin. Helpful staff and allowed us to leave bags after check-out. Friendly people and English communication was no problem. Clean room with kettle and glasses provided.

Situated in a prime location, this hotel is amazingly close to the top attractions. The metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, the breakfast spreads are quite impressive, with a variety of tasty dishes to choose from. While the hotel offers great service, the elevator may be out of action at times, so some guests may have to take the stairs to their room.

The hotel offers friendly staff and clean rooms with good facilities. The location is superb, close to the main sights and a metro station. Another advantage was the ease of finding restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Some staff members spoke very little English, which made communication a bit difficult. the elevator was sometimes out of action, which meant having to climb up to the 5th floor.
